My neighbor bought one of these 5 years ago and let me try it out. I immediately went home and ordered one of my own. It is where I've spend many happy hours now over the years. It's extremely comfortable and the design is deep and it always feels stable. After 5 years outside (Seattle and now Florida) it has held up perfectly. The cushion has gotten wet many times but it retains its water-resistant qualities and dries quickly. Once the cushion got just a little bit of mildew in one corner and it easily came off. My brother calls it the "bouncy chair for adults" and visitors vie for being the one to sit in it. This is one of the BEST pieces of furniture I've ever purchased. This chair was perfect for an accent chair in my living room without being another 4 footed chair on the ground. It was easy enough to hang.. just make sure that you have a stud finder & available beams in your ceiling. (I had about an inch between the drywall and the beam, which made things more complicated, but ultimately we were able to go through the can lights) Once hung, Ive had no issues! Our cushions are vacuum-sealed for shipping and require manual fluffing plus 3-7 days to fully expand. Based on our recent data analysis of return requests, we noticed that most returns were initiated within just 3 days of delivery—often before the cushion had enough time to reach its full size. Docking one star per chair leg that shouldn’t have made it through quality control. 2 star item. Bought this as a surprise for my mom’s new cottage at the beach before she comes to visit next week. The chair looks great, the chair part itself feels like good quality and looks exactly like the photos. However, 3 of the 4 legs have misaligned screw holes making them impossible to properly attach. I have contacted support the manufacturer and will update this review if I receive any type of resolution, but for now it’s a pretty big disappointment to have a chair that isn’t usable.
