We have always found Wayfair to be wonderful to work with … excellent customer service, products that have most often lived up to the their description, and very much appreciated white glove support. This time the product we ordered turned out to be not of the best quality, but Wayfair went out of the way to facilitate a replacement and, ultimately, to ensure a refund.
