I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. Compared to my old refrigerator, this is a massive upgrade just for the space alone. I really appreciate being able to use the SmartThings app to set my temperature and use the AI energy mode features. It is truly user-friendly to use the app to turn the ice maker on and off, and utilize temperature management while away from home or if i’m just feeling lazy on the couch. Once setup and running, the refrigerator and freezer came down to optimal temperature much quicker than expected for a hot summer day. I loved that I was able to use the “power cool” and “power freeze” to make sure the refrigerator and freezer maintained temperature after I filled them both with groceries. What is also really special is that the app also tells you if the refrigerator door is closed or open… you wouldn’t think that would be a big deal but when you have a young child, you can’t be too careful. This is, by far, the best refrigerator I have ever had. And that’s saying a lot because I’ve had a bunch of them. I went with this bottle because my wonderful dogs had figured out how to get ice and water out of my old refrigerators. This is fantastic. I thought I would miss the convenience but I actually love, the ice and the water pitcher. I’ll refrigerators have to do the basics, store, enough, the easy to clean, make it easy to get to the food… But for some reason this one seems to do it better. Highly recommend. After speaking to several people who have owned Samsung products, I was assured that they have all had great experiences with this company. I love the beverage center and two size options for ice. The only criticism is that there aren't pull out shelves like my old fridge. There isn't a meat/cheese drawer either but I'm getting used to it.. M. Hayden, ID. Tue May 28 2024
