4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. This can help muffle the sound while still allowing the notification to be heard if necessary.” Gotta figure out where the beep comes from . Jayne. IN. Mon Jun 29 2026

The toilet arrived on time with no issues. It has a beautiful design. It does come with the wax ring, even though the information seems to indicate it doesn’t. We have been unable to complete installation as it is not compatible with the standard 12 in. Compression x 78. We are stuck at this point. I don’t know if we are doing something wrong because based on the reviews, installation should be easy. Update it is finally installed! And we absolutely love it. The seat is very comfortable. The sensor doesn’t pick up movements at the sink, only when you are approaching the toilet. Everything works perfectly.. Renny. Harrisburg, NC. Tue Apr 14 2026

Automatic flush-on-leave technology eliminate the need to touch surfaces. Control flushing with the intuitive remote or side buttons: choose between powerful full flush or water-saving half flush, saving up to 30% water without sacrificing performance.

The plumbing for the inlet was made for a copper pipe. I guess that is the standard in china. If you have a pex then you have to find a way to connect a copper to the pex. Also the ahutoff valve only need to be opened half way to reduce the flushing pressure.shut off valve. Alexander. Dix Hills, NY. Mon Aug 31 2026

This toilet basically makes my old toilet look like it belongs in the Stone Age. The automatic lid opening and closing is a great touch, and the heated seat, warm-air dryer, and dual-flush system take the whole bathroom experience up several notches. I also really like the comfort height—it’s much easier to sit down and stand back up without doing a squat workout every time. The built-in digital display gives it a surprisingly high-tech feel, while the tankless design keeps the look clean and modern. The automatic flushing works well, and the 1.28 GPF rating is a nice bonus for keeping water usage reasonable. Honestly, once you get used to a toilet that opens the lid for you, keeps your backside warm, and handles the cleanup duties, going back to a basic toilet feels like a serious downgrade. This is less “bathroom fixture” and more “personal throne.”. Kurt. Peoria, AZ. Sun Oct 04 2026
