We’re in the start of a much needed full bath remodel and one of our wish list items is a smart toilet after experiencing one on vacation. We have not yet installed this one but wanted to get it unpacked and give it some “test sits” since the shape is somewhat different than your typical elongated toilet. The seat feels slightly different in width but the more noticeable difference being the length of the opening in th seat. From front to back it’s 2” shorter. In fact the overall depth is 2” shorter which will be nice in our small bathroom. We want to do some more dry runs comparing the fell of this shorter style before we commit to installing it. The look is very nice and the toilet is pretty heavy. The finishes are smooth and high end in appearance. The toilet arrived on time with no issues. It has a beautiful design. It does come with the wax ring, even though the information seems to indicate it doesn’t. We have been unable to complete installation as it is not compatible with the standard 12 in. Compression x 78. We are stuck at this point. I don’t know if we are doing something wrong because based on the reviews, installation should be easy. Update it is finally installed! And we absolutely love it. The seat is very comfortable.
