After using this one, we can’t imagine ever going back to exclusively using “standard” toilets. The list of features is extensive, and this toilet lives up to them all. The installation was straightforward, and it has been problem-free from day one. It comes with a remote that lets you control the seat, water, and dryer temperatures. You can also adjust the water nozzle direction, water pressure, and seat up/down. The remote is two-sided to cover all available personalization options. It came with an instruction manual, and it was easy to navigate all the settings and adjust them. Shortly after the toilet arrived, we received two bottles of Foam Shield Cleaner from Bazyths. It was simple to install and is a fantastic feature. As soon as you sit down, a layer of the foam cleanser is released to the surface of the water. It has a pleasant scent, not too overpowering. It is released automatically, but there is a button on the remote for manual foaming if you want to run an extra cleaning rinse to the toilet. This is a very nice modern toilet. It is the second Crestle modern toilet I purchased. the first one (model 2308k) had a narrower seat in the front and is one of the reasons I bought this one. On installation, I see others had problems. However, it is relatively easy if you first remove the bidet cover. There are two plastic covers over the 2 screws on the front of the bidet cover that have to be removed. Unfortunately, the instructions that come with this model don't explain this, as well as don't show bolting the toilet base down. which you have to like all toilets. Interestingly, the other model has clear instructions on how to do this. The other mistake in the instructions both toilets have is on the battery backup. You do not have to disconnect the power line and reconnect to the battery line to do this as shown in the instructions. Just put in a 9-volt battery in the battery holder. Probably good to replace it every year or two to be on the safe side if you ever lose power. Like another reviewer said you need to purchase the foaming agent separately.. Dan. Tomball, TX.
