This is a great sturdy and handsome piece of furniture. Made of beautiful hard wood and metal frame. The finish is a little darker than I thought it would be, but still a perfect match for my bedroom, where I use it for my computer, printer and other items. There are adjustable feet at the bottom of the four legs, in case your floor is uneven, etc. This is a really nice piece. Unlike some other folks here who left reviews, mine does not have any strange or strong scent. It smells completely fine and normal. Everything came well packaged, with just the right amount of packing materials. There was a slight (very small) chip on the very bottom of the shelf I used on the bottom. Not from shipping, likely a small defect in manufacturing. They offered me a 15% discount and I accepted. I turned that shelf to face the back and I am satisfied. The shelves are very nice. The only reason I'm giving it a 4-star is because the wrong screws were supplied with the anchors. They were too small and wouldn't hold up the shelf. I like the design. For anyone that has books or dvd's it maybe hard for them to prop up alone without support. Assembly is an 8 out of 10 in difficulty because of how long it takes to put it together, and I have large hands, so I was not able to fit my fingers into the smaller spaces to install the support brackets near the end.
