Customers appreciate the product's appealing appearance, cute design, and the convenience of arriving fully assembled. However, customers have mixed opinions about its value and price. On the negative side, reviewers report issues with its small size, lightweight construction, and lack of sturdiness, noting that it is made of cheap, flimsy materials and is not suitable for heavy items.
