Knowing I needed a new bedframe, first thought of Wayfair from their many commercials. Easy online review of projects and sorting, easy purchasing, and well documented purchase/delivery service estimate, tracking, and final delivery. I purchased the extra service to have new piece carried upstairs. Unfortunately they did not unpack, nor remove packing material that was left for me to do. Otherwise an incredibly positive experience and I am delighted with the item purchased.. Katherine. Colchester, CT. Fri Apr 14 2023
