The 5 stars are for the excellent customer service that Wayfair provides. The storage bench is not as well made as I would expect it to be (perhaps 3.5 to 4 stars) since it does look nice just material used is cheap. The first one I received had a broken leg, the top thin plastic cover that protects the cushion was ripped which left a small stain and the hinge was broken on the left side. I attached a picture of the leg. Upon contacting Wayfair customer service they promptly took care of it. The replacement I received is in perfect shape. My recommendation to the manufacturer would be to put additional packaging around the legs to keep them from breaking and to use a stronger plastic wrap to protect the top cushion. What is currently used seems to be saran wrap.. Teresa. Belmont, MA. Sat Jul 02 2016

Easy to assemble. Side pieces were shipped INSODe the seat storage and kinda beat up the inside a little or I would have left 5 stars. Overall we are happy with the item!!. Tyann. Pahrump, NV. Thu Nov 30 2023

Relax with your family, friends for that ultimate cozy relaxing experience.

Really happy with this item! It is being used for seating in a narrow room. It came yesterday and I am laying on it right now. The assembly was not bad-with 2 people it took ~20 minutes. The instructions provided the QR code doesn’t work but the other instructions were sufficient.
