I was wrong! It was made in USA and made very well!! I highly recommend it to others. It was very easy to put together. When done, they looked very nice. Beautiful panel! Bought this with the gate separate piece and attached this to to my wall and the other side to a wooden shelf unit that was built with our house. Very sturdy. Great for infants and toddlers. My child is 2 years old and could reach the lock on the other side. We will have to put a pin our something from him opening it.
