8/10, an absolute WIN! One piece of the table has a dent in it due to shipping and handling. I put a vase on top of it to hide it. Wayfair gave a me a small % of a refund due to the dent. I paid for the professional assembly Wayfair offers, and it took him 3.5 hours to assemble. TONS of pieces, and the instruction manual is crucial! It has plenty of space, is aesthetically pleasing, and gives my kitchen the luxury upgrade I desire. It has two drawers that don’t have the lock when you extend it, so I have to be careful when opening it. I even added books where some would put spices, so I am loving the dual purpose. looks just like the pictures! well packaged. long process to assemble as there are many parts to it but the instructions were clear so it wasn't super difficult. extended table top does not clip in anywhere so it shifts from the rolling legs some times. This is pretty easy to assemble but you absolutely need a helping hand towards the end to help flip the cabinet right side up. It perfect and functional for a small space. This table was the perfect design to use as my craft table. I love that I folds down for when I am not using it, has storage (drawers on both ends and a cabinet), and is on wheels for easy maneuverability. It was pretty easy to assemble except for some pre-drilled holes in the wrong location or missing (that's why I gave it 4 stars). In those cases I had to measure and drill myself (and be exact so everything lined up properly). The quality of the table once assembled is great and it's very sturdy. I love the way it looks.
