I really like this fridge. It has the fridge on one side freezer on the other ample storage. The water dispenser has a light on it. You can have crushed or cubed ice. The only thing I had an issue with was delivery I paid for delivery and installation of my new product and removal of the old when the delivery guy came. He did not install or removed and so after talking with Wayfair for over an hour, they told me they would give me a refund which I have not seen as of yet so will be reaching out again.. Shantela. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went to the store looking to replace our fridge from a different major brand which is noisy icing and still continually icing up even after replacing fans. This refrigerator is quiet, has a tall dispenser, wide shelves, bright lights, two drawers in freezer bottom, two drawers in fridge bottom, large capacity, soft close, controls inside right, cools nicely, has energy rating, and is not as deep so does not protrude out as far as others. Hopefully, it lasts several years! (The problem was that we had to move our cabinet and the water line over to get it installed correctly. Most fridges these days are too wide to fit in the opening.). Gkef. Illinois. Wed Oct 14 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for 3 days so not sure how it will hold up long term. However, so far it's been great. The fridge is cold and the food feels fresh coming out. The ice maker has worked as it should. The sphere ice started off slow but has gotten better and the shape has gotten better after a day or 2. The lighting is great inside the fridge. The freezer could be a bit bigger but not terrible.. Samsungpro. California. Mon Oct 19 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a top notch fridge that integrates into a SmartThings home super easily. The screen unlocks all kinds of useful daily assistance things like screen mirroring my TV while cooking in the kitchen, or teaching tracking food in and out to inform me what's in the fridge and for how long. I have been satisfied with all the smart features and it keeps temperature super well. One thing I I didn't realize I wanted was middle flex draw which allows to set it for different things like deli or dairy. I am very pleased overall and the only reason I would change is either get a full sized version instead of counter depth, or possibly change to the 4 door flex version because I like the aesthetic and opening options a little more..
