This is a bidirectional sliding screen door made of aluminum alloy. It boasts high safety performance, allowing you to enjoy fresh air while keeping animal intrusions at bay. With a long service life, it is a worthwhile long-term investment for your home.

Was looking for a screen door for the side door in my garage. Considered a few different types before settling on the Magzo. Mainly liked this one because the vertical aluminum bars in each section of the screen made it seem more robust compared to the ones that are just a full screen. The description and sizing were a bit confusing. When it says "lock" what they mean is the latch has a switch that can be flipped left or right to allow the latch to be opened or not. After purchasing I found the manufacturers website where they actually have a version with a "keyed lock". Anyhow, it was good enough for my needs. The sizes available on Wayfair are "standard" door sizes which I thought meant that they are appropriately sized for the door you have, but it turns out that is not the intent. You have to measure for inside or outside frame installation to find the size that will work for you (if you need a different size to be able to mount the door, these "standard" options may not work for you). Also found on the manufacturers website that they sell them as custom sizes that you select according to your specific needs, not standard sizing like the Wayfair page implies. The product was shipped in a very sturdy cardboard box but oddly the ends were just taped with clear shipping tape (see pictures, rough shipping may cause the package ends to come undone and possibly damage the parts). My package arrived intact no significant damage or missing pieces, but I did have some scrapes and scuffs on the finish in some areas (see pictures). Assembly was fairly simple and luckily the size did fit my door with only some gaps to fill at the top. The door opens and closes without any hiccups; the latch is a bit hard to engage on one side but may improve with some adjustment (it's bidirectional so I just use the other side). The screen itself seems pretty sturdy, and I don't feel like it will tear easily. The folding mechanism seems well designed. The breeze from the wind is reduced significantly with the screen door closed but air does pass through (I use it in conjunction with another screen on the main garage door to increase airflow). No flying bugs in the garage since I installed the screen. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and the quality of the product.. Suresh. Elk Grove, CA. Mon Jul 27 2026

This is currently separating my 3 cats from my mom's 2 cats that all recently moved in. Best gate ever keep them safe and able to see eachother and become familiar with the new kitties. It's easy to put up and going in and out of the gate is a breeze as there is no floor lip from the gate to trip on.. Deena. CA. Sun Oct 11 2026

A metal pet gate provides a secure and flexible solution for creating safe spaces throughout your home. Designed with a pressure-mounted frame, this adjustable cat gate fits openings from 21" to 34" wide and extends in height from 75" to 98". The narrow bar spacing helps keep curious cats safely contained, while the walk-through door allows convenient access for people. Its lightweight plastic accents and locking mechanism add everyday functionality. Plus, we love that this tall pet gate helps create a comfortable environment for pets and their families.

This is likely not what many people are using this skate for, but were doing it to help socialize our wonderful new dog with my two cats, one of them is not very dog savvy. When we tried to do this with a normal baby gate, she kept trying to launch herself over it so of course, he wanted to chase her. This was the most affordable option that I could find for something floor to ceiling that would allow them to become more familiar without the potential danger that an unexpected interaction could have caused. Ive been very happy with it. The socialization is going great, and there is no way that my cat can jump over this. Its also sturdier than I expected as the pup still likes to paw at it from time to time, with no issues so far. Its very easy to open and close. This is a great affordable option!. Katherine. Residential Applications:This product is ideal for balcony installations, serving as a functional partition between indoor and outdoor areas. It allows residents to enjoy natural light and unobstructed views while effectively keeping mosquitoes out. In the kitchen, it helps contain cooking odors without closing off the space, enabling easy interaction with family while preparing meals. It can also be used in bedrooms, home offices, or other living areas to define separate zones, improving both privacy and the overall functionality of the space.

Installed pretty easily. A little annoyed it didn’t come with the mounting screws or adhesive that it said was required for the installation.. Aaron. Sun Aug 30 2026

This retractable screen door is constructed from aluminum alloy, which is corrosion‑resistant and rustproof. It remains strong and durable even with long‑term exposure to sunlight and rain. The polyester mesh effectively keeps out mosquitoes and other insects while allowing air to circulate, helping keep your home cool and pest‑free throughout the summer. Featuring excellent tear resistance, the screen withstands daily use and is less likely to develop holes, making it safe and suitable for households with pets and children. It can be folded for convenient storage when not in use, making it an ideal choice for small apartments and compact living areas.

Use it for the door going from my garage into my house. I think its fantastic and no way bugs will be getting in. 4 screws and snap it in ppace and go. I had it done in about 20 mins total. Its great for us but we do not have dogs. I have young kids and I like that its stetchy and pliable. Great purchase for what I needed it for. With Fall here, it feels great to leave it open and get the cross breezes throughout the house. I would buy again. I actually think it will last. I would recommend caulking behind it and letting it set. I did this and much more sturdy for the few extra bucks for caulk.. Jim. Chicago, IL. Tue Sep 22 2026

Initial thought was the solid construction. Guess I expected it to be a bit flimsy or wobbly but was very impressed. 2nd impression was of the ease of putting it together & installing it. Went up quickly & smoothly. I would have liked the parts to be marked & instructions a bit clearer but visually, the parts answered any questions I had. It's a basic set up in that regard. We have multiple cats & this is working perfectly. No more zippered screen doors with Velcro periodically replaced from broken zippers. Only issue I have now is wondering why I didn't do this sooner.. Thomas. Whitewater, WI. Wed Oct 07 2026

Finally a great way to keep my dog from going downstairs. Easy to quickly block my dog. The really cool thing is when it’s in use it looks nice and when not in use it’s out of the way. Easily installation and highly recommended.. Margaret. Uniontown, PA. Tue Sep 01 2026

The 71" extra-high gate can prevent cats from jumping over the gate and also prevents children from climbing over it. The space between the fences is very narrow at 1.37 inches, which prevent puppies, kittens or children to squeeze through or get their heads stuck between the fences. And this safety gate is adjustable in width, making it possible to safely divide areas where pets or babies should not enter, such as kitchens, entrances, or staircases. It can be adjusted to fit the space, making it very convenient.

This gate worked extremely well for us when we needed a way to keep our 3 huge dogs (1 is 88 lbs) away from our contractors. Stayed firmly in place without being screwed into the wall and was very secure when you lower the little lever that locks it in place.. Rachel. New Braunfels, TX. Sat Aug 29 2026

Our pet gate with a cat door is an extra tall solution, standing at 71 inches, fitting openings from 29.13 inches to 43 inches wide. Constructed with a durable 1.6mm galvanized steel frame that supports 220 pounds of pressure, it also boasts an easy-to-use lift-handle mechanism for convenient operation.

This 2-in-1 pet safety gate features a unique detachable design. It can be used as a 74" height full-size safety gate or split into 2 independent small fences with a 36" height for each, matching multiple scenes like doorways, corridors and pet areas. The width is adjustable from 29.5"-32.3", which can fit most standard openings, more flexible than single-function gates.

I really like my new cat gate! I like it has two height adjustments, 36” and 74”. The clear feature looks nicer than having one with bars. It is sturdy and was easy to put together. I also like the lock, easy to open and close. You don’t need to make holes in the walls either!. Sherrie. Greeley, CO. Sun Aug 09 2026

This is great. I was looking for a permanent solution to keep the dog from the front door and a way to separate the dogs from my niece when she visits. This is perfect fix. It opens and closes easily with adult human hands, meaning the dogs or my niece can’t open it. It also has a lock, which will be great when my niece is a little older. It is permanently attached to the wall so I don’t have to fumble with a gate, and it isn’t in the way. I am quite happy with this mesh gate.. Anonymous. Sat Jul 11 2026

[197 Inch Extra Wide Baby Gate ] This extra large baby gate Fits openings up to 197" wide and is 33" tall which can be adjusted to fit your openings according to your needs and can be used dog gates, pet gates, baby fence.

We needed a divider in our laundry room as the dogs go in and out of their dog door and into their space. It comes with floor secures too but we have tile and I’m not sure about drilling those in at this point. Thankfully my dogs get the list and keep to their side! You will need proper wall anchor screws for drywall as one of the hooks is starting to slip out of the wall from use. The product itself is sturdy and a great buy. This was one of the only retractable gates that came in such a length!. Robyn. Sugar Hill, GA. Tue Sep 29 2026

With a super-tall 74-inch height, this gate effectively keeps cats and large dogs from jumping over, while the narrow 1.37-inch bar spacing keeps small pets from squeezing through. Designed for everyday ease, it features one-handed operation and swings open 90 degrees in either direction—and closes automatically when opened at an angle of less than 90 degrees. Installation is quick and simple, with dual mounting holes for extra stability, and it fits door frames up to 96.5 inches high. Wall protectors prevent damage to your walls, and the adjustable width (30.3–38.2 inches/30.3-47.2 inches) ensures a snug, custom fit for your doorway. This versatile pet gate is perfect for doorways, stairways, and more—keeping your pets safely contained wherever you need them.

I do love the design of this gate. It’s so tall that my kitties can’t go over, around, through, or under. I even like the way it opens to let me go through, without having to negotiate a bottom rail to trip on. It locks securely and was easily assembled and carefully packed. It’s attractive and exceptionally useful. My only concerns: My doorway was not true. It apparently is a few millimeters wider near the top than bottom, so the center doesn’t meet the same way in the top as bottom. This is not the fault of the gate, so I did not deduct a star. My other concern is that there’s a lot of plastic parts. I wish all the components were made of metal. However, since I had no problem with the metal parts during the month I’ve used it, no deducted star there, either.. Janice. Durant, OK. Thu Jun 25 2026

The sturdy aluminum feels secure to the touch, and the smart folding design means it stores flat behind the grill or in the garden shed without taking up valuable space. It's the versatile, everyday solution that turns a chaotic yard into a secure, organized play space in moments.

Works well. We use it to manage indooroutdoor access on a French door. It allows air through without letting the bold raccoons in.. Nikodemus. Vancouver, WA. Sun Aug 23 2026

This was a very well-constructed piece, it just would have been better if I would have measured my doorway. It did not fit, but that was my fault, everything else about this product would have been perfect. Tami. Orleans, IA. Sun May 03 2026

As a pet parent, keeping my dog safe from driveways, yard gaps, and busy streets has always been a worry. Standard gates never fit my outdoor spaces, rusted quickly, or required permanent drilling. This Retractable Outdoor Dog Gate solved all those problems. Its expandable design stretches up to 209 inches to cover wide or irregular areas like porches, driveways, and corner gardens. The 0–180° pivoting structure adapts to angled or straight spaces, while dual handles and a low ground clearance prevent my clever dog from escaping. Crafted from weather-resistant, rust-proof aluminum, it withstands rain, snow, and energetic bumps. Pressure-mounted rods provide stable support without damaging walls, and optional wall mounts add extra security. When not in use, it folds compactly for easy storage, giving me peace of mind and convenience.

I have a Dogue de Bordeaux who goes in and out of my pool. She does respect boundaries or she could plow right through it....but this goes across my full deck and has stopped her going in pool at will. I'm very happy with this.. Amelia. Allen Park, MI. Sun Aug 23 2026

Lock could use some improvement. Dog was able too push it open. He probably had to work at it but he did get it open.. William Hearney. Browns Mills. Thu Sep 10 2026

This one-piece pet gate features a height that extends from 47.2" to 87" (120 cm to 221 cm). Width Adjustment: Small: 27.5" – 31.5" / Large: 27.5" – 37". This gate is exactly what we needed to keep our new kitties safe and separate from the other resident cats for a slow and successful integration. It looks great and allows us humans to walk in/out with the convenient latch. I installed it very quickly with no additional tools. Highly recommend!. Patty. PA. Wed Oct 14 2026

No Drill Pet Gate, 30.3"-47.2" W x 74.8"-90.5" H, Pressure Mount Cat Gate for Stairs and Hallways, Easy Install Walk Through Pet Barrier for Indoor Doorways

Note: This is a combination set consisting of a gate and a height extension. The Extra Tall Pet Gate comes with an adjustable cat door to let cats pass freely while restricting larger dogs. The height extension part prevents pets from jumping over, and narrow bar spacing stops small animals from squeezing through. Constructed from sturdy reinforced metal, it adopts tool-free pressure-mounted installation without drilling or damaging walls. Suitable for doorways, hallways and staircases, this sleek pet barrier matches most home styles and is ideal for multi-pet households.

I needed a gate for the bottom of our stairs, but the opening is much wider than a normal doorway, so finding one that actually fit was a struggle. This one worked perfectly! I love that the extensions allowed us to fit the entire opening without having to drill a bunch of holes (because we did NOT want to drill into the banister) or come up with some weird DIY solution. Once everything was adjusted and tightened, it feels very sturdy and secure. The gate itself is tall, the bars feel solid, and I really like the support piece at the bottom because it helps keep everything stable. The door is also a good width, so you can actually walk through comfortably instead of having to turn sideways every time. Another big plus is that it looks nice especially with our black accents throughout the house. I was worried an extra-wide gate would look huge and awkward in our living room, but the black actually looks really clean with our space. When we don't need it closed, the gate opens up enough that it doesn't feel like the stairs are permanently blocked off. Installation took a little adjusting to get the tension right across such a wide opening, but once we got it set up correctly, it was absolutely worth it. If you have an awkward or extra-wide staircase/opening and regular baby or pet gates aren't wide enough, I definitely recommend this one. Very happy with it!. Dana. Houston, TX. Tue Oct 06 2026

Its transparent design offers an elegant, minimalist aesthetic that seamlessly blends into any room, providing basic functionality and preserving your home's sightlines. Whether you're blocking off restricted areas or creating a safe zone, this gate is the ideal choice for multi-pet households.

This extra tall pet gate is designed well and setup is mostly straightforward. The specs on the web site claim that this gate will expand up to 42 inches wide and this is simply not true. I was only able to get this to expand as far as 40 inches, see attached photos. When you latch the doors in the center there is only so far you can adjust the left and right sides. I maximized the width and 40 inches is it. Wayfair should update the specs on their web site. Other than that the gate works as intended and I would recommend it as long as you are aware of the 40 inch wide maximum gate dimensions.. Paul. SC. Sun Oct 11 2026
