This awning is the first choice of most homeowners who choose a manually-operated model because for just low cost it extends out from your house giving you up more square feet of coverage and protection This model requires no electricity.

Pros Great product for the price! It has held up very well in the CA sun over the past few months. Cons It stains easily and it was so terrible to put together (terrible instructions, lots of pieces). If I had to do it again, would have three people to hang it.. Jeannie. Los Angeles, CA. This a great awning at this price point, even my electrician son was impressed as he he was expecting troubles. To be fair, it is not easy to install. It took three adult men on ladders to put it up and a great deal of finagling before that. Also, the motor came preassembled so we had no choice about which side it was on which meant extension cords.. Karla. Stafford Springs, CT. Sat Jun 27 2026

Make sure you are putting them the correct way or else you will work twice. They should all face the same way and side just like the 1st and 2nd ones thst are controlled with the arm. Perfect for smaller spaces, the 8' x 8' aluminum Pergola is a modern twist on traditional wood pergolas. Offering both form and function along with creating a unique outdoor living space for entertaining, dining and outdoor movies. Easy to assemble and install, the Pergola features a durable premium matte black powder coat that requires minimal maintenance.

These pergolas up-leveled my small back patio. I ordered two and I am very pleased with the look, ease of assembly (you need two people), and quality. The actual dimensions are closer to 9x9, so measure accordingly. I had to use two panels to screen an unsightly view, and I am awaiting delivery of two more panels. I love the pattern of light filtered through the panels. For me, this was a perfect solution. I assembled with my BF in about 2.5 hours. The challenging part was the tight space we had to work. It would be very easy with more room. Happy with this choice!. Loree. Scotts Valley, CA. Mon Jun 09 2025

With a tough frame, this patio awning is great for providing shade. The reinforced frame and polyester fabrics make the awning superior in material and excellent in workmanship. Use caution when installing stucco exteriors. Proper installation is the responsibility of the buyer. Not intended for use on recreational vehicles (RVs).

This is my second awning; my other one lasted 7 years. It really does the trick! Takes a while to put together and you definitely need two people to hang. Well worth the price!. Kristina. Rochester, NY. Wed Aug 19 2026

This manual retractable awning offers breathable, UV-resistant spun-polyester fabric in multiple colors and sizes. Fade-resistant and durable, it provides cooling shade without trapping heat. Operated by a simple hand crank, the slope easily adjusts to match changing sun angles.

Nice awning. Too heavy for 2 seniors to hang. Had to hire a handyman. It really is too small for the area. It needed to be bigger (longer). Too cumbersome to return. Guess we need to buy another to go along side it.. Rosa. Thu Jul 23 2026
