Kit includes all hardware/fasteners for the eyebrow pergola construction except for fasteners going into your actual structure (structural fasteners). Structural fasteners vary based on your structure's material. The quality of the awning seems very good and it is attractive. I would agree with all of the reviews I read about how hard it was to assemble. One year ago I bought a cheaper pergola from another company; it had the nylon roof you pull back with a cord, no side screens available. The roof was flimsy and noisy whenever there was a breeze, and if you forgot to close it tight before a rain, the weight of the water was going to tear it . It actually wasn’t 10x10 as advertised, maybe 9x9, and the sun came under the east & west sides, no you were seldom shielded from the sun. So I tried Wayfair after noticing my neighbor’s, got the same one only I ordered the pulldown screens for 2 sides. It also has a louvered metal roof ( huge improvement), we love it! Love this product! Didn’t give it a 5 because a piece was missing. We did eventually get it but was a bit of a headache. Also I feel because we self built it I notice the little things about it more then if we would have paid someone to build it.
