This handcrafted steel bell has a contemporary charm and a great tone. This handcrafted, wind-activated bell, with its bold tone and design, functions nicely as a welcome bell at any entrance to your home or garden. They tone their bells to unite two important ways the instrument vibrates. One is the sound of the bell itself and the other is the hollow chamber inside the bell that acts like an organ pipe. The slots on the sides of the bell are the secret to this unique coupling. The result is a rich sound with much depth and beauty. This steel ball has been coated with a handsome, durable finish, so you can enjoy it for years to come. Hang your Heroic Large Wind Chime in a breezy spot and let it play in the wind.

The Heroic Windbell™ Wind Chime is a very nice chime. Made with quality metal material and the sound of the chime is beautiful. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is extremely heavy. I bought it to hang on a shepards hook by our pool but it is way too heavy. We will need to get a strong mounted hook to support its weight. Overall very happy because it is a uniquie item.. Bonny. This is a larger version of their best-selling turquoise chime. The enchanting sound of this wind chime is the result of a special tuning using the Golden ratio. this ratio, discovered by the ancient Greeks, can be found throughout nature. Turquoise gets its beautiful blue-green color from copper and aluminum. It is a process that takes tens of millions of years. In many native american languages, the translation for the word turquoise is "Sky-stone." the color turquoise contains the growth quality of green and the communication quality of blue. Inspired by the rich beauty of this attractive union, Woodstock chimes blended colorful beads with a faux turquoise wind-catcher to create their beautiful turquoise chimes. Bells have been used throughout the ages to accompany dance, provide comfort, and warn of possible danger. The Chinese were the first to control the pitch or note of a bell, making it possible for them to play tunes. Soon bells were being used to accompany worship. On New Year's Eve, the bells in Buddhist temples are rung 108 times, once for each of the 108 worldly desires. In the East, bells have become very important and are often decorated with significant symbols. For centuries, tuned bells have been suspended in homes and temples to ward off evil and attract good luck and prosperity. Temple Bells Wind Chime is inspired by these ancient bells and works in harmony with the wind to create gentle, soothing tones.

A unique sculpture designed to add beauty and charm to the home or garden. Modeled after the original Garden Bells, the Encore Garden Bells add a touch of whimsy to the garden. This bell is not powered by the wind; they are people and animal powered! Put birdseed in the bell cups the action of the birds makes the bells move and ring or place the bells close to a walkway so people walking by brush up against the bells and make them ring your guests won't be able to resist announcing their arrival that way!

Very lovely looking chimes but they are too stiff to chime - even in strong winds. Base is a little light for the weight of the top. Melanie. Summit, NJ. Wed Aug 12 2026
