This sectional is beautiful and very comfy! The length of time it took for it to arrive was just over 5 weeks from the date the order was placed. The sofa arrived packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap and carboard, however, upon opening it we did find a little damage. We're currently working with Franklin Corp. the manufacturer of the sofa to come to a resolution. Also to be noted this sofa DOES NOT come with built in USB ports as mentioned in the product specifications. TBD how the manufacture deals with this issue. We did a lot of research before we purchased this couch- almost a year later of daily use, we are still glad we did. The couch was very easy to assemble. We specifically wanted a couch wish removable cushions, so we could wash it when needed- this is perfect for that. Very easy to remove and put the covers back on. The back cushions also attach to the frame of the couch with Velcro, so the pillows don’t move around very much, which was our main complaint with our last couch. The cushions have started to sag a little, but they are easy to fluff up. The fabric is also very easy to clean, and is stain resistant. Our cats also try and fail to scratch it- there are no fraying or scratched areas even a year later. I do wish the bottom cushions velcroed as well, because we do have to reset them as they move- but it is fairly minor. The couch is also very large, so double check measurements. It took just about 2 months to get the couch, but it looks great in my living room. (Just an FYI: Double check the fill in the couch when it arrives, looking at the tags on the cushions.
