I've had this chaise/sectional going on two years now. For the most part, it has held up pretty well and looks good in my apartment. However, the MAJOR issue I have with the product is it's advertised as being faux leather. But when it arrived, the material was definitely not faux leather--but more like a faux suede. I specifically wanted a leather-like material because suede material is more delicate than leather and requires a lot to keep clean, especially during times of high use. That said, I decided to keep it anyway, because it does look good and I didn't feel like going through the process to send it back. It is easy to clean, though, when there is a spill or dirt gets on it. Spills and dirt do come out completely without leaving a stain. I use a rag and fabric cleaner. But the caveat to consider is I'm rather religious about cleaning it as soon as any spills and whatnot get on it. Plus, I don't have any kids or pets. Have had this sofa for nearly 5 years now, and it's actually very stylish and comfy. We condition it once a month, and it's pretty sturdy. I like that the cushions are velcroed on so they don't slide, but be advised that any underside of a cushion is a sort of felt-type material that hangs onto dirt and dog hair. The couch arrived in six different boxes. One of them still hasn’t arrived yet, but the first five showed up within a day and we’re very excited. Now we’re just waiting for the last box with the armrests. So far, the couch looks very high quality, was quick and easy to assemble, and looks much more expensive than it actually is. I love this small sectional. It is not too big for my small living room. The hidden storage is definitely a plus in keeping this area neat and uncluttered. The material is soft but firm and supportive. My husband however had some difficulty putting this together as it had several pieces to assemble. So if you are not good at putting things together your going to need some help or you are going to have to pay Wayfair to do it. I love having the cup holders and a charging port.
