Purchased 4 of these for a client's office lounge area (yellow is one of their brand colors). We were running low on budget so we purchased these as a quick option to make a seating area. I was pleasantly surprised - they're more comfortable and a softer sit than they look, the chenille fabric is soft and the color is a good saturation. Tthe movable backrest is a nice add-on. Not sure how long they'll last. My only "complaint" is they sit a bit too low for most people - anyone over 5'10" is going to have their knees up high, its a very low profile sit. Not great for most adults unless you really want that low lounge vibe (better for a casual TV watching living room or kids area). I may remove the short 1" feet they come with (they're just screwed into the bottom so easily removed) and buy 3" height furniture feet to give it a bit more of a comfortable height for sitting. Have had for 2 years now, would recommend for people without young kids, it has held up okay given my kids are feral, in the future I’ll be looking for a couch with more solid framing I do however enjoy how easy the cushion covers are to remove so I can wash them.. The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section.
