Super plush and comfortable. Firm but not too firm. I really like the fact that it has zippered covers that can be washed. We are so happy with this bed! My 9-year-old daughter absolutely loves it. Since we put it together, she actually makes her bed every morning and keeps telling us how much she loves spending time in her room — which might be the best review a parent can give! Like some of the other reviews mentioned, it does take some time, but I chose to build it in sections over two days, which made the process very manageable. I was able to assemble almost the entire bed myself. My husband only had to help me carry the bookcase sections upstairs because of their size. For the price, I think this bed is an excellent value. It completely changed the look and feel of my daughters room and gives her a fun, cozy setup that she genuinely enjoys. This couch was fairly easy to assemble. It looks good and is the perfect size for the room we have it in. It's also light and easy to move. The seat is firm, so if you want something softer, might need to add cushioning or choose something else. It's still very comfortable and easy to lay back in. We like the chaise not high end but fine for the money. Sits low to the ground which makes you want to flopdrop on it but feel like it’s not sturdy enough to handle an adult flopping down on it might crack or break so I put 8” legs on it to raise it up to normal height like a chair or sofa to avoid the urge to fall down on it. Actually an amazing easy to set up, puffed up asap, pleasant fabric and the green is a soothing color. Ok so this really was purchased as an oversized pup bed that mom can sit and have coffee with them in mornings. Works nicely for this and is very comfortable.
