The new shipment did arrive with all the parts, but we also noticed some chipping and damage on the side. At that point, we decided to keep it because we were tired of going back and forth. LOVE the look of this bed. I have a small space was worried about the perimeter size but it’s perfect not too low to the ground. I was unable to use WayFair assembly service (due to no fault of theirs), so I hired someone to build it. They noted that certain measurements were “slightly off” making assembly more difficult.
