I’m really happy with this bed. It was surprisingly easy to assemble, and all the pieces fit together well. Once assembled, the bed feels very sturdy and solid, and it looks even better in person. One of my favorite features is the storage drawer underneath the bed. The drawer has wheels, so it slides in and out very easily, and it’s perfect for storing extra blankets, pillows, clothes, or other things that I don’t want sitting around the room. I also really like the thoughtful design of the slats. There is Velcro along the slat area that helps keep everything securely in place, so the slats don’t move around easily when the bed is being used. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference. This bed is a very nice quality and seems sturdy. The headboard is not as high as I envisioned but still works for one of my guest rooms. I ordered the beige, and the material has a linen feel to it. It has a beige tweed pattern that appears as beige and dark brown. It came with one pull in the material, but it isn’t in a conspicuous spot. There is a metal bar that runs down the center with two legs that keep it sturdy. The slats are wood and adhere to Velcro strips that are along the side rails. It is very low to the ground, so keep that in mind. It will be perfect for my young grandchildren to get in and out of. It took us about two hours to put together; the hardest part was attaching the side wings to the headboard. All hardware was present and neatly organized.
