I love the headboard. It was just what I wanted. The two sided tape that comes with the headboard was not enough for it to stay on my wall, which is very slightly textured. I read the reviews before purchasing this bed. I was prepared for the assembly even had a saw handy for the slats. It went together fairly easy. I followed the instructions step by step. I had the help of my 75 year old Aunt. We completed it in less than two hours. My only issue was the slats were not all predrilled and the screws provided were less than great. This headboard is very nice and looks expensive. It makes the room look great. The fabric is nice and soft. The color is great and as described. The only issue is the way to mount it was not easy and we ended up just having to press it up against the wall and use dry wall screws. It would not fit into our king size tempurperic bed frame. We have not had issues before with previous headboards so this was annoying. It ended up working out the way we did it but still frustrating. I do appreciate that it’s wood though and not metal. I have been waiting for this to come back in stock-Knotty Oak. I am so happy I finally got one!
