Its an ok coop, put together with little difficulty. The ramp hinges broke soon after, the chickens knock over their roosting bars. Other than that it seems to be working out alright. I like the windows for ventilation, the nesting boxes.. Theresa. Fayetteville, NY. Tue Oct 20 2026

Fantastic! This was much better than we hoped. We have not gone through winter with it yet, but so far it is solid, easy to put together, cozy, and well insulated with plenty of ventilation. We will likely buy another.. William. Michigan. Fri Oct 30 2026

This chicken house with a ramp & a large living house & 6 nesting boxes. It is constructed of high-quality solid Fir wood. All timber is T&G plained to avoid splintering. All joints are mortise and tenon, 2 x access doors for easily catching your pets. Come, model comes with a rear zinc pull-out tray for easy cleaning.

Great coop! Large and roomy! Easy to put together. The only two complaints are the latches for the doors are not the greatest. We ended up replacing them. We bought this for 8 Duccles. And the nesting boxes are small if you put the dividers in. It gives you 3 nesting boxes on both sides. But you can easily take out the dividers and just have one large nesting box on each side. I think a regular size chicken would find it difficult to nest with the dividers in. The wood seems to be good quality. I like the top screens for ventilation. It has two doors but we will only use the ramp door. I love it overall.. Tamara. College Station, TX. Wed Oct 21 2026

I have 4 chickens. I think they are going to fit in this coop perfectly. I feel like the number of chickens a coop will fit is so often overestimate but this one is spot on. Building it wasn't hard at all. Two down sides. It had a strong chemical smell but I left it out for a few days and it's gone. Also, a couple of places a screw cracked the wood. Overall, super sturdy coop that I'd definitely get again.. Dawn. Clinton Township, MI. Tue Mar 31 2026

Great starter chicken coop ! Easy instructions 2 people roughly an hour to put together. We decided not to attach the run to the coop as we attached it to our larger chicken run. Only negative is the latch for the resting box legs is a little on the cheap side so we replaced it with something a little more durable.. Miles. US. Wed Aug 12 2026

Okay! SO- first time chicken owner here. We live in Maryland and are raising chicks and ducks from babies. We live in the woods and therefore have a ton of natural predators. The coop on its own is not SUPER sturdy, but not the worst quality I have seen and works well for a yard that slopes. There are some gaps, so we enclosed the top and bottom with hardware mesh stapled into the wood and secured with cement blocks just to be sure everything would be safe, and so far so good! The cover seems like it will be reasonable for the raincolder temps. Used Wayfair assembly service, which was good but it did take 3 men four hours to assemble just FYI. Overall, happy!. Anonymous. It works and definitely has many positive aspects. Some of the wood is a little thinner than I'd like, but it seems to be holding solidly. The hen nests are great, and very easily accessed. So far I only have one grown hen in it, and she seems to really like it. I plan to add more. I think four will fit nicely, but five may be a little too crowded. I'm a 76 year old female, and I put it together alone. It did take a while, but was not too bad. :). Clarissa. Butler, GA. Sat Oct 03 2026

Overall what we expected from the price.. good for 4-6 max hens as described, however, would not trust construction with a big rooster due to quality and thickness of panels. Easy assembly, good instructions, all parts intact, good packaging.. Tom. Kerrville, TX. Thu May 21 2026

Ultimate Coop Upgrade! Iron-reinforced edges boost durability; 2 large wheels glide effortlessly. Weatherproof fir wood + asphalt roof protect year-round. Smart nesting box & ergonomic perch keep chickens happy. Roomy 37.6"L design fits 4-6 adults. Perfect for chickens, ducks, rabbits—backyard bliss made simple!

I bought this Coop to turn it into a feral cat house with a lot of modifications. I am happy with the results. I insulated it with 1 in foam insulation board, made two levels two escape doors in an entrance. I screened all the windows and added all the plastic to the front so that I can roll it down when the weather gets cold and tack it to the frame to help keep them warm I put linoleum on the floor and added two heated dog pads. I painted the whole thing as there was no way this would be waterproof without it. I added tinted plastic corrugated roofing to cover the existing roof to protect it and also to make that more waterproof. If making modifications be careful cutting the boards because they are only attached at the edges of the frame. It took me a month to complete this but I am very happy with it. Two of my ferals have already been in and out of it several times. It is now ready for a cold winter.. Anonymous. Indiana, PA. Thu Oct 22 2026

Upgrade your backyard with this mobile 4-hen coop. Featuring 1.38" thick wood, wide metal wheels, and an easy-clean PVC liner, it offers a secure, durable, and fresh-air habitat for your flock.

Went together very easily. Also easy to move around. I am using it for my chicks until they are big enough to go with my hens. Currently have 6 8-week old chicks in there and it’s a bit crowded. Be mindful if getting for large hens. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the sliding door above where the ramp is (outside of the enclosed run) has no hardware cloth on it at all, and no lock to make sure it stays shut.. Anonymous. The large chicken coop comes with a chicken run and has two large nesting boxes. The chicken house has four perches with large removable sliding trays for easy cleaning. There are six access points for easy access to all areas of the coop. Features three ventilation windows in the sleeping area to keep it well ventilated. Galvanized wire mesh walls and a series of locks at each access point keep your family animals safe inside and from predators. Sliding door with steel sliding bar locks ducks safely inside the coop.

I made quite a few modifications to make this coop more useful. I used strong magnets across the top so we could reach into the run. We added stair tread to the roost ramp so our ladies didn’t slip around anymore. I’d planned to use a solar door opener to let the gals in and out, but I was one day over the 30 day return window and Wayfair wouldn’t let me return it even for store credit. It didn’t fit despite the online specifications saying it would.. Ashley. US. Tue Aug 11 2026
