Well this is now called the quainsion, since we have three button quail living in this little mansion. It was not difficult to put together. My fiance would have but he was sick so I struggled through it and I can't even nail in a nail straight. Lol he did put some waterproofing on it so it will last longer, and for quail, he put a second latching mechanism so it will be difficult for raccoons to get in. Super easy to put together. Did it by myself in about an hour. It came with some clear plastic contact paper that isn’t explained in the instructions. ‍♀️ I really wish the house part had doors you can close on both sides- I thought it did but the right side doesn’t. I’ll have to add one since I’m using one side for my breeding quail and the other for my egg laying quail. The material is what you’d expect for the price and I’ll have to add some things to predator proof it, but honestly a great buy and good price for what I need it for. A great improvement is to add a layer of metal wire above the tray so bunnies will not stand on their poop. Your bunny will not fall off when you pull out the tray for cleaning. Front large long food holder for keeping hay to eat. Inside dividers are separate from the playing and sleeping areas well. The tray is deeper and not leaking, easy to slide out tray for convenient and quick cleaning.
