9826 Follow up review So after my review, I did reach out to the company for a replacement I was first offered a discount, but I really wanted a replacement for one pillow. They agreed to a replacement and I just received it today. They actually sent another set not just one. To me that goes above and beyond. I have the pillowcases in the wash and the pillow inserts in the dryer. I am bumping my review up to five stars for customer service and for quality. If for some reason, it changes, I will repost again. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again as they back their product and their product looks and feels great. 82026 Original review I love this pair of apple green pillows with pom-pom edge! The order arrived fairly quickly and was well packaged. The inserts were vacuum packed. I followed the instructions to put them in the dryer on high for 10 minutes to re-fluff them and that did exactly what it was supposed to. They are full and fluffy with some firmness. The fabric is smooth and soft to the touch, not shiny. The zipper is well hidden and fairly easy to open. The instructions on the pillow cases were to wash first and tumble dry on low. I did so but lost a pom-pom in the wash cycle and some of the others look a bit compromised. I’m not happy about that because the pom-pom that was lost is actually on the top of the pillow so it is noticeable there are others that look like they are just hanging by a thread so I’m not sure about the longevity of the pom-poms, which is disappointing.. I absolutely love this couch! It genuinely exceeded my expectations, especially when it came to the color and overall quality. I was specifically looking for a vibrant orange couch that would add warmth, personality, and a beautiful pop of color to the room, and this one absolutely delivered. The color is rich, vibrant, and eye-catching without looking cheap or overly bright. It makes such a statement in the space and looks even better in person than I expected. I was also really impressed with how well made the couch feels. It has a sturdy, substantial feel to it, and once it was set up, it felt very solid and secure. Nothing about it feels flimsy or poorly constructed. The overall craftsmanship appears to be very good, and it honestly looks more expensive than I anticipated. I feel like I got a beautiful piece of furniture that can actually handle being used and enjoyed rather than something that just looks nice in photos. The design itself is also gorgeous. Between the shape, the vibrant orange upholstery, and the overall construction, it instantly elevated the room. It has that perfect combination of being fun and bold while still looking sophisticated and intentional. I had high hopes when I ordered it, but I was still a little nervous about how the color and quality would translate in person. I’m happy to say it exceeded my expectations on both fronts. The color is absolutely beautiful, the couch feels sturdy and well constructed, and the entire piece has a quality look and feel. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering it—especially if you love furniture with personality and aren’t afraid of a gorgeous pop of color. This couch is a statement piece in the best possible way!. Jasmin. Seattle. Mon Sep 28 2026
