I was on the fence about this protector before receiving. I have always used a mattress pad, but with my new mattress I was sleeping consistently hotter than usual. I like this slipcover. I have dogs and lots of grandchildren so my sofa needs protection. The slipcover is pretty and the color is very nice. I like the scalloped edge also. I was desperate to find something after painting the door to keep it nice Very easy to peel and stick especially on a nice sunny day they’ve stayed up and no more spraying! If they do, it’ll touch the plastic and not the paint. You can see a slight shine, but it just looks like it’s wet I’m hoping they hold up through the seasons ahead I know it’s an odd review, but someone else might be looking for something. Seems ok but absolutely no tags anywhere on the item as to where it was made, fabric content or washing instructions. I know the website says polyester blend but I thought all items likes this are supposed to have tags identifying such items. Just seems odd. Plus the design is so incredibly eye- catching that I’ve had several compliments already. Even though it says microfiber, it is not material that snags, it seems more like a cotton.
