The slipcover itself is made out of good material and it feels really nice but there is some sagging and loose parts that I find frustrating. Unlike the couch, it did not come with straps to help secure it into place. So I ended up using tack on the underside. For the price, its a good couch. My husband was able to put it together himself, he said it was very tedious though. The seat cushions are truly pillow top - they look like a pillow was attached to a foam cushion (not saying thats a bad thing, just giving a visual). All in all it will do the job, though Im dont think I would recommend it to someone looking for a luxury couch. My sofa is practically brand new but the upholstery fabric was kinda scratchy. I wanted something soft and this slip cover delivered! It is the softest, coziest fabric! The fit is perfect for my three seater Lazy-boy sofa with no weird loose areas. Also, the elastic around the bottom is really sturdy. I purchased 2 of these sofas to stage/furnish a lake house project. I loved the fact they were slipcovers & for my space, they were the perfect size. I was able to put them (both) together by myself in a couple hours so that was a plus as well! They are not the most 'soft' sofas I've ever owned but maybe with time they'll soften. UPDATE the center leg kept bending sideways and the couch would fall down! Today the leg completely broke off. It’s just me in the home with the dog and we are gentle. Very disappointed!! Need new couch. Delivery day I wanted to love this couch, and there are things I really do like about it—but unfortunately, the negatives were hard to overlook. First off, the screws around the frame were difficult to get in because the foam was too thick and the screws wouldn’t catch the threads properly. It took much longer than it should have, and I had to redo sections multiple times. To make matters worse, the included Allen key stripped after just a couple of screws and didn’t fit the bolts properly. If you’re putting it together, definitely use your own tools. One of the most frustrating parts was the seat slats. You can’t get them in unless you loosen up the frame again after you’ve already secured it—which feels like going backwards and risks everything slipping out of place. Now that it’s assembled, I’ve been trying to enjoy it. The beige color is absolutely gorgeous—a warm, slightly speckled tone that fits beautifully with my decor. That’s definitely a highlight. Another major plus the entire couch is washable, which is rare and incredibly practical. That feature is probably the biggest trade-off for the comfort issues. Speaking of comfort—the seat cushions are very firm and slope down toward the center, so if you’re not sitting dead center, it can feel awkward. I’m hoping they loosen up over time, but for now, they’re not great for lounging. The back cushions are soft but under-filled, and the back itself is quite low—not nearly as supportive as it looks in the pictures. I’m planning to add throw pillows (maybe even a fluffy seat topper) to make it more livable. Overall, it’s a beautiful-looking couch with some thoughtful features like the washable covers, but the comfort and assembly left a lot to be desired. Im impressed with how these have held up. I got these Oct 2019 and 1.5 years later they are still holding up. I got a set for my couch and love seat and they were in good condition but I have a cat that periodically scratches the furniture so I wanted to prevent further damage. Picture 2 shows how its held up to a cat scratching it for 1.5 years and its barely noticeable. I also have a 3 year old and 1 year old so this thing is a breeze to clean when dealing with spit up and spills...just throw it in the washing machine.
