The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026

With the Black Cube™ Quick Release, this annoyance is a thing of the past, thanks to an award-winning cooking surface aptly named Quick Release: It features a stainless steel pattern of small pixels that is raised above a recessed layer of high-quality PFOA free nonstick coating, thereby combining the benefits of stainless steel and nonstick in one revolutionary cooking surface. Or make a delicious stew knowing that the heat will be consistent. Designed to offer the best in durability and performance, feel free to use metal utensils! Yes, we mean it. The pan feels good in the hand and it is large enough to hold a lot but not too big to be unwieldy. It features an ergonomic stay-cool handle and a helper handle. The endlessly versatile Saute Pan’s generous surface area help build more flavor whether on the stove or in the oven. Equally useful for roasting, braising, simmering, sautéing, and shallow frying, chefs love Saute Pans for their versatility. thes are crafted in Italy from 5 layers of metal for improved heat conduction and distribution, ideal for building flavor in one-pan meals. The Saute Pan’s wide surface area and shallow depth increases both the rate of evaporation and the quality of searing, while its straight walls make turning all that fond into pan sauce far tidier than it would be in a frying pan. A rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling and the hollow build of the proprietary Stay Cool Handle dissipates heat to keep it from getting scalding hot while on the stovetop.
