I received my 3 piece Tramontina bakeware last fall of 2025. Since then, I’ve used them for baking entree’s and desserts. The dishes bake perfectly and are very easy to clean. They’e also made strong as my grand daughter uses them and she’s hard on ceramicporcelain dishes. They don’t have any chips, cracks or broken pieces anywhere on them. This roaster allows you to completely cook ribs in under an hour. It has an internal roasting rack that elevate ribs off the bottom of the roaster allowing them to steam in their own juices or other flavored liquids.
