One year ago I bought a cheaper pergola from another company; it had the nylon roof you pull back with a cord, no side screens available. The roof was flimsy and noisy whenever there was a breeze, and if you forgot to close it tight before a rain, the weight of the water was going to tear it . It actually wasn’t 10x10 as advertised, maybe 9x9, and the sun came under the east & west sides, no you were seldom shielded from the sun. So I tried Wayfair after noticing my neighbor’s, got the same one only I ordered the pulldown screens for 2 sides. It also has a louvered metal roof ( huge improvement), we love it! Decent brackets for the money. Pros: Affordable. Dimensionally they are very consistent. Cons: I did have one start to separate at the top. I don't fault the bracket. I believe it happened when we were trying to stand the Pergola. I did order some corner braces as well to keep everything from swaying. One tip I would give is make sure you check fitment with your lumber before you assemble. I had to sand all of my pressure treated posts and check fit.
