I love the way this chair looks in my bedroom. I give it a 5 for style. The comfortability of it is not as good as I was hoping. It is not cushy like you would expect. Other reviews have said it breaks in quickly and softens up, so we’ll see with time. Either way it’s a beautiful chair, just not as cozy as I would like.. Shari. Clearwater, FL. Sat Oct 03 2026

Beautiful chair but poor quality. After having it for only two weeks, the leg fell off when my son was pushing it across the floor and was almost impossible to screw back in. My husband was able to reconstruct it by moving the castor- more effort than anticipated when we purchased the chair. Despite there clearly being a quality issue, Birch Lane only offered a partial refund.. Elisabeth. Chicago, IL. Fri Apr 03 2026
