Actually turned out perfect! The box that came was huge, I’m a woman that lives alone so I just opened it right there at my door and brought the pieces up the stairs, was actually pretty easy as took the box straight to the trash. I would recommend a friend helping you put it together as I had to get a chair to hold up the pieces while I hooked the other side. Other than that it only took me maybe an hour total from box at the door to sitting on a complete couch! It comes vacuum sealed in boxes and it’s difficult to put together. The cushions you have to pack in the covers yourself and they don’t fit well. There’s no photo of the back but it’s like a flap that Velcro’s on and it doesn’t go on evenly so it’s bumpy and longer than where it’s supposed to be attached to.
