The cushions arrived quickly and took about 24 hours to "grow" to full size. Once it did it was the perfect fit so the online measurements were right on. Even though it looks like a bottom cushion with 3 loose back cushions it is really one piece. All 3 back cushions are sewn together and then they are sewn to the one piece bottom cushion. This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back.
