I travel through South America for 7.5 months in 2025, and pretty much every Airbnb that I stayed in, had a bidet. This was a new concept to me as I never experienced using a bidet in the US. I recently bought this smart toilet to replace my old one and I am so glad I did so. This is an upgraded smart toilet with LED screens at the back and a separate remote controller, feels very high tech. Its height is a little higher than conventional toilet so it feels more comfortable because I am tall. Its flushing power is stronger but also quiet , and it’s fully automated! It’s a gorgeous toilet that has all the features you could ever want! It’s a little shorter than the chair height models so keep that in mind. I had an issue with getting it installed though (not the fault of the toilet!). First thing is that you need to have a dedicated power outlet which we had installed. But we can’t install it without moving the water shut off valve. The back of the toilet’s opening doesn’t match up with the placement of my water line so it’s going to take longer to get it installed and a lot more complicated. If it were possible to rate an item with 10+ stars, this would be one! This smart toilet is incredible, and we love it. I had never used a smart toilet or bidet. After using this one, we can’t imagine ever going back to exclusively using “standard” toilets. The list of features is extensive, and this toilet lives up to them all. The installation was straightforward, and it has been problem-free from day one. It comes with a remote that lets you control the seat, water, and dryer temperatures. You can also adjust the water nozzle direction, water pressure, and seat up/down. The remote is two-sided to cover all available personalization options. It came with an instruction manual, and it was easy to navigate all the settings and adjust them. Shortly after the toilet arrived, we received two bottles of Foam Shield Cleaner from Bazyths. It was simple to install and is a fantastic feature. As soon as you sit down, a layer of the foam cleanser is released to the surface of the water. It has a pleasant scent, not too overpowering. It is released automatically, but there is a button on the remote for manual foaming if you want to run an extra cleaning rinse to the toilet. I also love the automatic closing feature - which is mainly why I purchased it! Tired of going around closing toilet lids every day!!! One thing I didn't take into account is the location is facing the bathroom door and next to the walk-in shower. So every time we walk in the toilet automatically opens even if we aren't using it. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. This is the first bidet I've ever used. It was pretty easy to install, toilets are never really fun. I usually have problems with toilets clogging on me, but I have yet to encounter that issue with this toilet. The only minor issues I've noticed are the following: After I use the wash function, then hit the air dryer button, it flushes the toilet, and while it's flushing and refilling the bowl, it can splash you while it's drying. I have been just patting dry with toilet paper instead of using the air dryer, as I don't feel like sitting there forever waiting to dry. I also wish you could adjust the auto lid function. We have a small bathroom, so it triggers a lot. I feel like this toilet was well worth the money, I think I paid around $600 for it.
