It’s nice looking and will serve its purpose. The wood is not the greatest quality, and although luckily, the parts were numbered, the instructions were not very clear when it came to installing the doors and also the fold down table extension. Regarding the doors, it’s easier to remove the hinges from the doors and install them on the cabinet first and then install the doors and attach the hinges to the doors. Regarding the fold down extension, it took us a while to figure out that because the instructions don’t show that the brackets should be offset, we finally had to attach the brackets to the cabinet first and then attach the extension. Decent construction for the price point (I didn't want resin). Arrived extremely well packaged, all parts and hardware labeled. Took about 30-45 for my husband to put together. It looks nice but is the quality youd expect for 300. Its its pretty light and flimsy, I cant seeing it lasting more than a couple years. Its going under a covered patio so it should be fine but I definitely want to have it out in the elements. The assembly wasnt overly complex but it is very detailed with lots of parts. Plan on a couple hours. Youll need a large clear area to sort out all the different pieces. Not hard, just tedious. It looks nice but I doubt it will have a lot of staying power. Im okay with that.
