The countertop is also water-resistant, so I don’t have to worry about water penetrating the surface. It’s beautiful, sturdy, functional, and the height is perfect next to my kitchen counter. Assembly wasn't too difficult, the granite top is exquisite. A lot of the wood is particle board or equivalent, and I didn't like the divots to cover the screw holes. Overall pretty simple to put together…. Took me about 1.5 hours, but I put the towel bar and wheels on after the legs since my kitchen is tight on space and wasn’t sure they would work. Smaller hands make assembly a bit easier since some of the connections are in not easily assessable areas. The long and medium bolts are the same length! The Allyn wrench provided is too long, so used a smaller one I had that worked better for me. Also there were a couple of small nicks (minor) on the black wood, but decided to keep it since it’s a hassle to return. Overall pretty happy with the cart.. Lorette. Arvada, CO. Sat May 16 2026

Multiple drawers, a spacious cabinet with adjustable shelving, and a built-in towel rack keep essentials organized. Smooth rolling casters allow easy mobility, making this versatile island perfect for prep, serving, or extra storage.

Very satisfied with this rolling bamboo kitchen island. I am extremely particular about my purchases and chose this one based on the real wood construction and the exact dimensions I needed to fit flush in height and width at the end of my kitchen island in my new condo and it was one of the only islands I could find in the correct size that had all the drawers I was wanting. It is constructed of solid bamboo for majority with MDF shelves and extra parts. The stainless steel top is in perfect condition and the whole unit was packed extremely well. It took 3-4 hours for my handy husband to assemble the many pieces by himself. Instructions were very clear and all parts and hardware were present with quite a few extra pieces leftover. The hinges on the doors take some fiddling with to get doors aligned correctly. We used an allen wrench with a handle grip that came with another product and a ratchet screwdriver to make assembly easier. The drawers open and close smoothly. We left the spice rack/knife block off because of space constraints. There are small predrilled holes where that unit attached but I'll cover those with some small plastic plugs and will be hardly noticeable. The wheels roll smoothly. This is a well designed island and is constructed in a durable way. We just assembled a couple days ago so only time will tell how it holds up but I feel positive that it will be an excellent piece for storage and extra counter space and should last a good long while.. Carla. Chicago. Sun May 03 2026
