It does the job providing shade. We use two in a 30’ round pool. Nice to not bake in the sun. Stays put on fairly breezy days. My concern is every velcro tab that hold the top to the gazebo frame, has a hole in each corner, where it’s sewn to the fabric. I don’t know how long that will hold up. I’m not sure we could be happier with our gazebo. After spending time budgeting and planning a build-from-scratch project, this became clear to us that it was more affordable and frankly better looking. We love the size of the posts and the look of the metal roof. We are looking to add lights and fan(s) in the near future. Ours is a 15x13. We would consider ourselves very handy with tools and construction. It took four of us (two in our twenties and two in our forties) a three day weekend to put this together. Phenomenal gazebo. This is the third one I’ve ordered over the years and this one was the best. It took me and my brother 7 hours to put it together but we are pretty good at adult legos. When you go to stand the 4 posts up it took a little ingenuity. We drilled two post into the deck to temporarily hold it until we got all four supporting beams in place. The Gazebo itself was Lools OK but my husband had to fix 3 of the rails ( bent inward could not attach the bottom rail.) some of the screw holes did not line up with the rail. Attractive and so-far sturdy. Only issue I have is with the assembly instructions specifically regarding the curtains and bug screens. They guide us not clear regarding proper placement of them. I am certain they are not installed properly but there is only so many times that I will put up and take down the panels before I surrender. The illustrations do not jive with the instructions. The quality of this "iron" gazebo is pretty disappointing. It feels like aluminum and the panels are plastic and are scratched looking put of the box. There is discoloration on one of the panels. Maybe from being in the sun? I am not sure exactly it appears whiteish on the gray panel. Not great since it is meant to be outside. Some of the parts that are metal are bent and scratched. The assembly instructions are awful as well. I have an event in a few days that I purchased this for so hopefully it will come together and not look absolutely cheap and rickety once it is fully assembled.
