Delighted! I received the pergola quickly! It was shipped in 4 different boxes and the packaging was awesome! No damaged pieces! Great price and fits my needs. Well, I have now assembled the pergola and did have some damaged pieces (see pictures) I don’t think these pieces were damaged in shipping… seems like they may have come that way from the manufacturer. In any event, I am still happy with the end result. Assembly would be a bit easier with some written instructions to accompany the photos but with patience we were able to figure it out. Love it, my son in law put it up. It was larger than what I thought which was a great thing. Good quality, great product. Great material, strong, well made. This pergola is a modern addition that looks sharp attached to my old house. I would have given it five stars. However, it required three professionals and took them four hours to install.
