Nice gazebo. Definitely takes 2-3 people to set up. More if you are able! Well built. Some of the pieces were dented a little but nothing that prevented from putting together or the esthetics of it.. Jennifer. Mesa, AZ. Mon Oct 12 2026

Love this gazebo so far! My husband I put this together in about 11 hours. I will say that there were some parts that were mislabeled and a couple of pieces that were missing the pilot holes. But, overall the assembly wasn’t nearly as bad as I imagined.. Carly. Mon Aug 17 2026

I've purchased several things through Wayfair and each of those was a pleasant experience. This hard-topped gazebo is beautiful now that it is complete and it looks impressive in our yard. We look forward to many years of use. But, it had a couple of misleading aspects to it The estimated construction time mentioned on the item's site was grossly understated. Even with the help of a second person for certain tasks, it took me more than 4 times the estimate in the listing -- and I am pretty experienced at constructing similar things. The product's installation instructions were nicely illustrated, but several parts were mis-labled in the instructions and several of the instructions didn't cover crucial details. More instructions and more explicit details would have been very useful. Some instructions were so ambiguous that I had to try out more than one possibility, going back and re-doing certain things. That is the product manufacturer's fault, though. Wayfair's transaction went very well. They are efficient, speedy, accurate and responsive. One quibble: in the time between placing my order and receiving the shipping confirmation (just a couple of days), the gazebo's price dropped almost $100. It would have been nice of them to give me the reduced price.. Thomas. MI. Sun Aug 09 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great!! I can finally sit outside on my rooftop patio in the rain!  You can do alot with a 12x16. I have two couches and two swivel chairs as well as a coffee table under it Took me one evening of sorting and assembling the beams about 4hrs  Full assembly one 12hr the next day 16hrs in total with two people for the roof.  Two people all day could probably do it in 6-8hrs  Only reason I gave it a 4star review was because the plastic, protective, coating on the roof panels is impossible to take off I took me a half an hour to peel off one whole panel. I said forget this and left the rest.  Idk why its not just grab one corner and rip off.  Its like peeling off cling wrap  I havent had any problems with it being on And my roof gets direct afternoon sun. Well patience is a virtue comes into play with putting this together. It is highly recommended to have two people and if its your wife whos assisting you just be prepared for a marriage counsel session We didnt give it 5 stars because there were some roof panels that were bent or dented which we had to re-form. We met the UPS driver on arrival so it wasnt mishandled and the boxes seemed like they were in great condition so unsure how some of the contents were damaged.. Gary. Maryville, TN. Thu Oct 08 2026

I like this gazebo a lot. It seems to be good quality. Two of us put it up in about 8 hrs not rushing. I used two of the metal packing material bars to create two additional mounts in the ceiling for fans.. Robert. Belleville, MI. Fri Aug 28 2026

Double Steel Roof – Ventilated & Weatherproof The double-layer galvanized steel roof features a vented top for natural airflow, reducing heat buildup. The outer layer blocks sun and rain while the inner layer keeps the space dry.

Weather has permitted me from putting it together but will update photos as soon as I do. It came in three largelong boxes and one smaller box. The metal seems sturdy. It definitely looks like you will need three people as advised. I can’t wait to put it together and in my back yard.. Cheryl. Sneads Ferry, NC. Sat Sep 19 2026

Shipping was fast and everything seems well packed. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Check your local permitting requirements before ordering. I live about 1,000ft from a bay that connects to the Gulf. Our area requires 150mph wind rating. This only has a 35mph wind rating. Honestly, I’m not sure of any place that never gets wind over 35mph. If your area allows you to build under a certain square footage without pulling a permit, you may be able to bypass the wind rating.. C. R.. FL. Tue Apr 01 2025

A pergola looks nice. The people who put it together for Wayfair and Me left three missing screws one in the roof and two on the side other than that it looks great.. Greg. Wed Jul 08 2026

Crafted from durable spruce wood, this gazebo adds natural charm and stability to your outdoor space. The double-roof design improves airflow and helps prevent water buildup, while salt spray–tested hardware enhances durability. Mesh netting provides insect protection and ventilation, and a built-in USB light strip creates a warm evening ambiance. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining outdoors. Assembly takes 3–4 people about 4 hours.

Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself.. This outdoor gazebo will give you a place to not only shelter from the sun and rain, but also a private space where you can spend quality time with family and friends.

Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good. The worst thing is that the quality is bad, and it falls apart. Then, I have a pile of scrap metal in my backyard. So far, very pleased.. Dr. Frank Heresco. Corvallis, Oregon. Tue May 19 2026

The outdoor galvanized iron roofed gazebos have strong, durable, non-corrosive roofs that are waterproof, sunshade and UV resistant. The cedar wood frame is rust resistant and assembles effortlessly. Perfect for poolside parties, family barbecues, backyard grills, and patio picnics. Our heavy duty gazebo creates a new place for cool shade and comfortable outdoor space for you and your family. You can set it up in front of a store, pool or house without a roof as an outdoor sun protection.

Photos shared are in progress, not complete. Overall this seems to be a great gazebo that should last a good amount of years and provide shelter from the elements, shade and a great outdoor living space for my family. The package came in 6 large boxes and we decided to tackle installation ourselves. As a working family, it took us 2 full weekends to complete the install. It was NOT easy, however, the kit came with every single correct part, cut to the right size, with plenty of hardware..but man was it tough in a few places! Mostly tedious, but definitely challenging for two healthy adults. Beyond the tediousness of assembly, the worst part about the entire experience was the shrink wrapped plastic coating that was applied to each metal roof panel. Why in the world was this done! We had to peel each individual metal sheet to remove the shrink wrapped layer that the Colorado sun would bake and flake off in less than a season and this added hours of unexpected assembly time and was an infuriating process! Otherwise my only feedback or warning is that the instruction manual has no written instructions, only pictures and symbols to work you through 18 steps with hundreds of parts. That made it challenging in a few places. Otherwise a heads up that you’ll be putting the entire thing together with an Allen wrench but I’d recommend having a drill with a hex bit and a socket wrench. A ladder is a must. Would recommend as a nice back yard gazebo, but with knowledge that it likely won’t last forever. Overall happy with our purchase!. Bria. CO. Mon Oct 12 2026

Efficient Drainage System: The professional drainage system ensures water flows seamlessly from the patio gazebo's edge into the poles and the ground, eliminating the hassle of rain accumulation, the design to keep the pavilion in excellent condition

We are extremely pleased with the quality of this gazebo. Assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only complication was that we already had our hot tub in place, so we had to build the structure around it. That added some extra difficulty, but it was due to our setup and not the product itself. Honestly, the most challenging part of the entire process was removing the protective plastic film from both sides of the roof panels. The included gloves were a thoughtful addition and helped protect our hands from the sharp metal edges during assembly. The finished result looks fantastic and has been a great addition to our backyard. At this point, we are not using the included mosquito mesh curtains or privacy curtains, but we appreciate having the option. One feature we really like is the vented roof design. The mesh vent at the top allows air to circulate while still providing plenty of shade. It helps keep us cool and comfortable during the summer, making the space around the hot tub much more enjoyable. There were two roof panels with dents when the product arrived. Fortunately, we were able to position those panels facing the house, making the damage virtually unnoticeable. While not ideal, it did not affect the overall appearance or functionality. Overall, we are incredibly happy with this purchase and would absolutely buy it again. The 10 x 12 size is perfect for covering our hot tub, providing both protection and a comfortable outdoor space to enjoy year-round.. Anonymous. Kenmore, WA. Sat Aug 08 2026

The roof of the hardtop gazebo is made of powder-coated galvanized steel, which not only enhances the gazebo's ability to withstand wind and snow but also isolates it from direct contact with the air, making it less prone to rust and extending its lifespan.

The roof was hard to do, still has a little opening here and there. Wondered what can we do to cover it The drapes straps were difficult to work with. Still waiting for them to send the video how to use it! And. Peggy. Fri Sep 18 2026
