It would definitely be easier for 2 people to assemble but it is possible for 1. Took me about 8 hours over a 3 day weekend to complete. Works well for my dog. My only suggestion is when attaching the top, do it from the inside, much easier that way.. Anonymous. Mon Sep 28 2026

Not sure these would work for a big dog, or that they'll hold up long term, but we now have a small fenced area outside so my small dog can run around off leash for a reasonable price, and they held strong all summer.. Carrie. Olympia, WA. Tue Sep 22 2026

This heavy-duty outdoor dog kennel delivers ample roaming space for medium and large dogs in backyards, patios and gardens. Built with thicken rust-resistant metal tubes and secure locking doors, it effectively prevents pets from escaping while shielding dogs from outside disturbances. Reinforced anchoring and additional waterproof covers are ideal for long-term outdoor service.

I can’t rate it for outside, as I am using it for a large indoor kennel for my two small dogs. One of them is an escape artist and I am happy to say with the height and cover he can’t climb up and out. It was easy tool free assembly and is nice and solid. Personally, I’d rather not have the extra little door at the bottom as I don’t use it and think the door might be a bit more solid without it.. Edythe. US. Sat Sep 06 2025

Just make sure you put them facing the right way so the latch is on the outside!. Nicholas. Hinesburg, VT. Sat Aug 01 2026

The dog playpen is designed to bring a win-win solution to you and your lovely dog. Different from a narrow enclosure cage or kennel, the dog pen provides a spacious semi-open activity area specifically for your dog. Your dog will have fun in its safe and sturdy kingdom. Meanwhile, you can take a real break and be truly relaxed without worrying about your beloved pet. Fun, relaxation, and well-being are the orientation of the few teams. The stakes are designed with rounded ball tops to protect the dog's claws from injury. The rods are easily inserted into the ground for greater stability and rigidity, which won't collapse when the dog leans against them. Also, the automatic gravity-actioned locking mechanism will ensure you can open and close the door smoothly and reduces the chance of dogs unlocking by themselves. All of this is designed for absolute safety, so you can relax. It won’t take you more than 5 minutes to assemble these portable dog fences as well as pack them away due to the rod-connected design. Meanwhile, panels can be added or removed freely to give you a fully flexible area and arrange the dog pen in any shape you need. The dog playpen features a powder coating that will help protect against rust and extend its life, which makes it ideal for RV camping, traveling, or use in the yard.

My toolshed has space underneath where my dog can crawl under. These animal barrier fence pieces did the job...he can't dig through them. Also, waited until after it rained to put them in the ground...much easier that way. Also tacked top with a screw to keep them from bending over. The panels come with individual poles to connect them and are easy to set up or take down in minutes. The dog fence can do multiple combinations and configurations and easily conforms to different shapes according to your garden or room - circle, polygon, irregular, etc.

I added this fence temporarily to my back yard to allow my golden retriever pups access to the yard while having our deck rebuilt. I have since used sections to keep them from AC units and any other places that are “off limits”. It has been a fabulous investment. Anonymous. Mon Aug 24 2026

Built with sturdy metal wire, pointed ground stakes, rubber caps, and floor protectors, this playpen is a practical choice for dog training, playtime, and everyday pet care.

This 40 inch high panel is perfect for our small dachshund who can easily climb out of the 24inch and 32inch tall playpens. This is tall enough to prevent her from climbing out but short enough for us to easily put her in and pick her up if we need to. Sometimes, she wants to stay with us outside when we are doing yard work and this is the best way to secure her for her safety and not get run over by the riding mower. Assembly is pretty straightforward and easy to figure out without any written instruction. Gate easily opens but not easy to get breached by a dog. It’s not flimsy but it’s also not too heavy — this is just right in the middle. I can easily store it away or put it to the side since it’s not too heavy. It can also be used indoors BUT you need something to prevent the stakes from scratching your floor.. Antonette. Humble, TX. Wed Aug 05 2026

Each panel of the large dog fence measures 31.5 inches in height and 23.07 inches in width, while the gate is 11.81 inches wide and 23.62 inches high. The safety door, which stands at 31.5 inches high, features an easy-to-lock mechanism that effectively prevents pets from escaping. It is recommended to assemble the dog fence into a polygonal shape by connecting the panels end-to-end, enhancing stability. This kennel is suitable for various animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, ducks, and other similarly sized creatures.

This sturdy, 2-door metal yard kennel is perfect for camping with our Golden Retriever and Frenchton. The material is well-made and highly durable. However, be aware that our Malinois grandpuppy can easily jump right out. Assembly is straightforward, but pay close attention because there is a distinct right and wrong way to put it together. The hinges differ on each side, and if it's uneven (like in my picture), it means a piece is backward. Key features and tips: • Versatile anchoring: It can be staked into the ground or balanced upright on pavement using the corners. It is stable even when just sitting on top of the grass. • Expandable: It connects easily to other gate sets, which I used to expand mine. • Latch placement: The gate latch works well but feels a bit too low..
