My Dad wanted somewhere for his 2 indoor cats to be able to go outside. Found this for an excellent price. Took me about 4 hours, with breaks, in this SC heat. We did need to add a 2x4 along the side as little Gracie Mae would have been able to slip out. His 3 year old boy, William, was checking it out within 20 minutes. Purchased a pet door window sash for the front window from another site to save on the energy bill.. Chantel G. Leesville Sc. Mon Aug 03 2026

Unfortunately useless. I was excited to get for my cats. The wood is very soft and split on me. It is flimsy sure it wouldn't last long in the weather. It doesn't fit my window leaving large gaps by the window extenders on the top and bottom. Critters could get in. Now Molly is mad at me WAYFAIR gave me full refund...ty. Anonymous. US. This space-saving dog bed with stairs helps small, senior, or mobility-challenged pets safely climb onto furniture. The carpeted pet steps lead to a cozy sleeping area that fits snugly beside your mattress. Features a dual-level design for two pets, built-in storage drawers for toys and treats, plus a washable cushion and non-slip steps. Supports up to 100 lbs on the top level. Perfect for standard bed heights and compact bedrooms.

Bought this for my window nook so my dogs could have easy access to look outside. The storage drawers and double-decker design are great bonus features. Assembly took a little over an hour because the frame comes in several pieces that need to be screwed together, but the process was straightforward and not difficult. Once assembled, it feels sturdy and well-made. I originally planned to buy a dog bed for the bottom level, but instead I folded up a fluffy Sherpa throw rug. It instantly became the favorite spot for all of my dogs, and they went straight to it as soon as everything was set up. The Sherpa throw also helped tie the piece into my room's décor. Overall, the style is versatile enough to complement almost any aesthetic, and it looks beautiful in my traditional glam bedroom.. Janmarie. Trumbull, CT. Thu Oct 08 2026

This is for outdoor so yay! The material is right. It comes together in minutes. Not a fan of the poor ventilation for hot days and not a fan of how the front door latches on. It doesnt seem secure enough. Wish the front door clicked in but otherwise it is acceptable and works with our patio furniture. Taimane. US. Thu Sep 03 2026

This is a huge rip off. The size advertised is not correct. This was my first time shopping with Wayfair and I promise it will be my last! Do not waste your hard earned money on this. If your window is exceptionally large you might be able to improvise but will not fit a normal window. It does not at all fit a 25-41 inch window. I dont know where they got those measurements. I am on a fixed income and I was excited to get this but now the only way to return it is to dismantle the whole thing. Its not easy to assemble. I tried to give it to friends but it doesnt fit any of their windows either. Dont trust the size on this item!. Karen. Westerville, OH. Wed Jun 24 2026
