This fan worked out perfect on our back porch it moves a lot of air does not wobble and has thin sturdy fan blades so hopefully will last on the back porch in the middle TN humidity. Before I say anything about this fan let me tell you to get a 4” junction box and not the standard 3.5” in most homes. Just save yourself the time and get ahead of that! The fan was easy to put up. After doing it I would only change one thing. I would take out the screws for the blades before getting the fan 15 feet up in the air. You’ll save your shoulders from the burn! The fan pushed a good amount of air and is super quiet! I also appreciate all of the extra parts for multiple installation scenarios. I ordered this outdoor misting fan from tried and true. It is really big and the airflow is nice. It's really heavy so it has to be mounted in something sturdy. The water tank is also a good size. Love this fan! We needed something to suit our living room with a 24 ft high ceiling, and this fan is absolutely perfect. We had to erect scaffolding for the fan to be installed, but it was worth the effort. The circulation of cool air is amazing with the 6 speed remote control and 10 blades.
