The fan works great & the light is a cool added touch! It can get pretty bright, enough to light up the whole 14 x 20 gazebo we have it under. Thinking about taking down the string lights we also have under the gazebo, since the fanlight is so bright & adjustable. May have to get another fan just to move the air around a little better. I absolutely love this fan! The style is so trendy, and I love the fact that the blades are a thick plastic because this is in my kitchen. They will be so much easier to clean. And there are so many settings on the remote. You can change the light color depending on how soft you want it you can make it really bright or dim, and there are also so many settings for the fan.
