We have a "Florida basement" storage room in our modern organic coastal home that needed a light. This was perfect, nice (not cheap) quality and a little fun. Make sure you get smaller bulbs with lower watts, standard light bulbs do not fit within the dome and higher wattage bulbs (over 60w) produced rather harsh light. Great fan!!! Took away one star because it’s the slightest bit flimsy but it works well. Appreciate that it has a remote and a light, and was mostly easy to install. Great for apartments.
