The sofa chaise combo arrived in 2 packages a few days apart. I was able to assemble this by myself fairly quickly with no issues. The frame is sturdy and powder-coated, so it seems resistant to scratches. The cushions are more of a cream (yellow based) rather than a true beige (brown based). The seat cushions are thick and sturdy. The back cushions were thin, even after allowing them to puff up, so I put some thinner bed pillows in there and that worked perfectly. Exactly what we wanted and high quality. Cushion covers wash well when a refresh is needed. Water resistance has held up through several seasons now (we keep it covered on an uncovered back deck that gets full, hot afternoon sun all summer). Frame is sturdy. This is a nice, comfortable contemporary set. The installation was easy; my only wish was that washers were included for all of the screws. The lightweight aluminum frame can be easily bent if too much pressure is applied.
