I have had this set on my patio for 9 months, and the area is very exposed to sun and morning dew. The sofa and chairs are great—lightweight, durable, and a beautiful color. Overall, I am very happy with them. The table, however, is very poorly made and started rusting within the first month. Fortunately, I didn't really need the table, as it simply came with the set, so it wasn't a major issue for me. I am giving this set 4 stars only because of the table. We were looking for some outdoor furniture and love this set. Looks good and was in our price range. Directions are a little difficult to follow but once you get the hang of it and it all comes together. Having two people helps. I would recommend investing in finding a bit that fits the bolts and use a ratchet to tighten the bolts after you get them started. It will save your hands (there’s a lot of bolts to tighten!).. One year ago I bought a cheaper pergola from another company; it had the nylon roof you pull back with a cord, no side screens available. The roof was flimsy and noisy whenever there was a breeze, and if you forgot to close it tight before a rain, the weight of the water was going to tear it . It actually wasn’t 10x10 as advertised, maybe 9x9, and the sun came under the east & west sides, no you were seldom shielded from the sun. So I tried Wayfair after noticing my neighbor’s, got the same one only I ordered the pulldown screens for 2 sides. It also has a louvered metal roof ( huge improvement), we love it!
