One year ago I bought a cheaper pergola from another company; it had the nylon roof you pull back with a cord, no side screens available. So I tried Wayfair after noticing my neighbor’s, got the same one only I ordered the pulldown screens for 2 sides. It also has a louvered metal roof ( huge improvement), we love it! This table and chairs have held up very well. We have left it outside in the Chicago brutal weather for a few years now, and it's done well. We did repaint the top as it faded a bit, but as I mentioned, we did leave it out in some bad weather, so I didn't expect the finish to stay perfect.
