The one major drawback is that the chair only reclines when the footrestleg rest is pulled out. This chair is SO comfortable! The Material is an amazing quality, and is such a smooth soft faux leather. The padding and cushioning of the chair is just right for sitting many hours at a time comfortably. My favorite feature is the width of the chair seat. I like to sit with my legs crossed and there is plenty of room for this. The chair rolls and turns very smooth. The electric recline is a really nice touch if you need to kick your feet and and relax for a bit. I do wish the foot rest would raise on its own, but in order to pull the foot rest up, you also have to recline that back, so that is the only thing I would change about this chairs design. The chair has a battery pack so you do not need to keep it plugged in to use the electronic recline feature. (If I find issues with it, I will come back and adjust the review. ++ The chair is very sturdy -- the square legs give the chair much better support that then typical round cylinder legs of other chairs. ++ This chair lays back farther than other zero gravity chairs I've had. Very comfortable. ++ The price of this chair (I got it on sale) was better than other chairs with lesser quality frames. My zero gravity chairs in the past have typically lasted only two years. While the mesh and attachment of the seat to the frame is pretty much the same as other chairs, this one does have double-straps which should last a bit longer.
