The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!. Heres a detailed review. First off, the wrap on this is absolutely horrendous. After using it once, the white wrap started peeling off, I literally thought it was protective film so I started peeling it off. When I saw how hard it was to remove the film under screws and the top cap of the unit, I realized this was actually a wrap, and is supposed to have a white body not a stainless body. The stainless is super warped looking on the side where I peeled the wrap, instead of good quality steel. so it makes it look cheap. Ill leave the wrap on the side that clients see. It does want to tip forward naturally because of its design. Luckily I store hot stones in it, so its heavy and wont tip forward, but if you just use it for towels, be cautious opening the door. I think it needs more shelving to fit more. i retrofitted and old wire shelf from an old cabby to fit in there for additional storage. I love that it has a timer and can set the tempurature. It takes longer to heat up my towels than my old cabby though for my 1st client of the day.. Jenna. Wed Aug 26 2026
