Behind its sleek profile lies a powerful siphonic flush system that clears the bowl thoroughly with just 1.28 gallons (4.8L) per use—delivering strength without waste.

Wax Ring Was Terrible The included wax ring was low quality — it crumbled and failed to form a proper seal. I had to replace it with a better aftermarket wax ring to stop slow leaks and reduce odors. This added time and cost to the install that shouldn’t be necessary. Buy a high-quality wax ring with a rubber gasket or flange before installation — it’s almost essential with this toilet. One major let-down was the toilet seat lid It’s made of thin plastic that doesn’t feel sturdy. It flexes too much and doesn’t give a sense of durability. Compared to higher-end soft-close seats, this feels like the weakest part of the whole toilet. Side Screw Covers Do Not Fit This was one of the most frustrating parts The side covers that are supposed to hide the mounting screws do not fit. They won’t snap on or screw on properly. As a result, the mounting screws are fully visible, which ruins the clean, finished look the toilet is supposed to have This feels like a design or manufacturing defect, not user error.. Kim. Fort Mitchell, AL. Thu Jan 22 2026

This toilet proved a great value for the price. I didn't notice when I bought my house that we had a mix of white and beige that didn't match. It's a small joy to now have matching components in the bathroom. This toilet offers both the flushing power for big jobs and the water saving feature when less water is needed that helps the environment. It came securely packaged so that it arrived unbroken without cracks or chips. Installation proved relatively easy. The chrome center-mounted push button that sits atop the tank allows you to proactively conserve water by choosing between a 0.9 GPF rinse or 1.28 GPF for tougher jobs. This version of the Aquia® IV offers Toto T40 Washlet+ compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade. Washlet+ toilets feature a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal your Washlet+ supply line and power cord for seamless integration. Purchased two. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Perfectly matched the new bone pedestal sink. All parts noted in the description were included. Installation was easy. My only negative is the lid cover on the toilet seat. It appears normal, but it must be thin because when my 145 lbs sits on it, it is shocking as it collapses into a concave shape. When you stand up, it springs back, waiting to surprise the next unaware bathroom guest. The toilet would have been a five-star, if not for this unusual, unexpected feature.. Pati. Harrisburg, IL.
